Warranty

One year, every chair. We cover the frame, stitching, and hardware for one year from the date of purchase. If anything fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What's covered

• Frame cracks, bends, or joint failures under normal use
• Stitching that comes apart at the seams
• Hardware — swivels, locks, feet — that stops working

What's not

• Wear and tear, fading, or damage from misuse or accidents
• Chairs used commercially or for hire
