At Kalamunda Adventures, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the policy below to ensure eligibility.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

All original tags, labels, and accessories are included
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at

within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping fees

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges

If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Orders cancelled while in transit are treated as returns and are subject to the same fees
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
(please allow 5–10 business days for processing) -
Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item has been received and approved

Alternatively, you may choose store credit
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure our products arrive in excellent condition. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at

Assessment & Resolution
Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

A replacement item

A refund (full or partial)
If a manufacturing fault or transit damage is confirmed:

Return shipping costs will be covered by Kalamunda Adventures

No restocking fee will apply
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care

Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or alterations
Return Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the date you receive your order

Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit
