At Kalamunda Adventures, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the policy below to ensure eligibility.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at

within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.


Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Customers are responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping fees

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

  • Orders cancelled while in transit are treated as returns and are subject to the same fees


Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    (please allow 5–10 business days for processing)

  • Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item has been received and approved

  • Alternatively, you may choose store credit


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure our products arrive in excellent condition. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault, damage, and packaging where relevant


Assessment & Resolution

Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A repair

  • A refund (full or partial)

If a manufacturing fault or transit damage is confirmed:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Kalamunda Adventures

  • No restocking fee will apply


Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or alterations


Return Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the date you receive your order

  • Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
